ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY – STOCK ON HAND
If a consumer places and order for a Lopifit Bike to be shipped to their location, a 100% deposit for the bike and associated shipping costs are collected by Lopifit US MexCarib. If the consumer decides to cancel their order prior to the bike being picked up by the freight carrier, the consumer will receive a one hundred percent (100%) refund of its total deposit .
If the consumer decides to cancel their order after any fees have been incurred by Lopifit US MexCarib and or after the carrier has picked up the bike and the bike is enroute, there is a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee. Therefore the consumer will receive a seventy five percent (75%) refund of its total deposit less all costs and charges incurred by Lopifit US MexCarib and Walking Bike for the pickup and return of the bike by the carrier.
ORDER CANCELATION POLICY – STOCK NOT ON HAND
As a result of the overwhelming demand for our electric walking bicycle, Lopifit, at times our production facility cannot keep up with that demand. This means that from time to time our worldwide network of independent distributors will have to create a reservation list for consumers interested in purchasing a Lopifit bike. Reservations for bike to be delivered in the near future are taken on a first come first paid deposit basis.
In the event Lopifit US MexCarib does not have stock on hand to ship a bike to a consumer immediately upon the submission of their order, Lopifit US MexCarib uses the reservations list method to take reservations from consumer wanting to be guaranteed a Lopifit bike from the next container arriving for distribution in its region. Consumers are required to submit a minimum fifty percent (50%) deposit at the time the order is placed based on the cost of each bike and related shipping costs to secure their bike reservation. The consumer is then required to submit the second installment of payment for the bike via an additional forty percent (40%) of the total sale once they have been provided with verification that the container holding their bike has left the port and is on the water headed to the US port for delivery. The third and final payment installment is required 48 hours prior to the container arriving at the port of entry in the US.
Generally speaking the consumer can expect the next container to arrive at the port of entry within 45 to 60 days from the day the reservation is made. Lopifit US MexCarib remains in constant contact with its consumers who have reserved a bike(s) with shipping updates, delivery schedules etc.
If a consumer cancels their Lopift Bike order prior to the container leaving the port of origin the consumer will receive a 100% refund of any and all deposit money submitted to Lopifit US MexCarib.
If the consumer cancels their Lopift Bike order after the container has left the port of origin the consumer will receive a 90% refund of any and all deposit money submitted to Lopifit US MexCarib.
If the consumer cancels their Lopift Bike order between notification that container is arriving at the port of entry within 48 hours and delivery of their bike has already been scheduled, the consumer will receive a 75% refund of any and all deposit money submitted to Lopifit US MexCarib.
Refunds are processed and mailed out by a carrier with a tracking number attached to the refund within 30 days of the cancellation.
Lopifit US MexCarib does not offer a return policy for bikes that have been ordered, shipped, received, and assembled and ridden by a consumer.
Lopifit US MexCarib strongly encourages each potential buyer to take the necessary steps to make sure they want their Lopifit Bike prior to placing their order and before the bike is shipped and received by the consumer. We also highly recommend that all consumers contemplating buying a Lopifit Bike take a test ride on a Lopift before placing their order.
